  • Bitch tries to kill her neighbors cats for being near her car

    http://www.wpxi.com/news/29342171/detail.html

The two properties share a drive way.

The lady had 4 cats and the neighbor hated them and wanted the cats to stay away from her cars.

All 4 cats got sick at the same time so the lady was suspicious and looked out to see the neighbor SPREADING BORAX ACID on the driveway around her own cars.

When confronted the cunt even had the dumbass idea to say she was doing it "To kill your fucking cats."

Needless to say the cat-owner was not amused... and neither were the police.

Cunt tried claiming she wasn't really trying to kill them... but when she handed over the borax container to the cops it was already empty... so yeah they didn't believe her either.

    Court case is next week.

you ma'am are an ugly cunt

Right and wrong aside, Is it illegal, since she is doing it on her propriety?

If there was provable, malicious intent, then possibly. However, it is the cat owner's responsibility to keep her cats on her property. So there's that.

If it's shared property, I doubt it.

Even if it wasn't shared property, the bitch basically admitted that she wanted to "kill her fucking cats". If the cats were bothering her that much, she could have taken less drastic meassures by simply talking to her neighbor. No need to jump straight to murdering pets.

Yeah, if it's shared property she's kind of boned.

            Especially since she admitted it.

Not necessarily. Check your local laws.

In California (which is a bit over-the-top in pet friendliness), cats have been determined to be roamers and you are not legally allowed to punish them for traveling over your property. Los Angeles County has a regulation regarding health issues, but that's about it. Pittsburgh also allows for cats to roam with the requirement that they wear ID collars with their address and phone number on them, and that they not do any digging, scratching or defecating on property other than that of their owners. Watching the video, all of the cats have collars with ID tags.

According to this article at the Post-Gazette, the vehicle "sits abandoned." The sociopathic bitch should have just bought a cover for the thing. Or, I don't know, actually talked to her neighbor about it and tried to work something out.

                  ^-.-^

I admit, I can't stand it when people let their cats roam around. I mean, you know they're not going to stay in your yard, but will instead come to my yard and run off the birds from my feeders and use my vegetable garden as a litter box and leave paw prints all over my car. And then not even be friendly even though I have never even yelled at them or anything. It's just rude.

Have I thought about killing my neighbor's thrice-damned cats? Almost every week. Will I actually do it? No, it's not the cats' fault. It's my neighbor's fault, and mine, because I am too chicken to bring it up with her. If it was four evil cats and not just the two, I might screw up the courage to do it.

In this particular case, both women are at fault. One for trying to kill the beasts, one for letting them out in the first place.

Why do so many people get as angry as they do over a few paw prints on a car? It's not like they stain or anything.

Car washes aren't cheap. Or practical, in the dead of winter.

And I say this as a very obvious cat and dog lover.

I bet if someone wrote on your car with dust or dirt messages or handprints, you'd be pissed. I would be. So I don't see how some filthy cat doing the same to my car is any different.

Not to mention that some times cats urinate or defecate in the carĀ“s air-intake

Including the air conditioner's air intake

And that can be very uncounfortable if you have a long ride

Yeah, I was going to say this very thing.

I'm not saying the woman needed to poison her neighbor's cat, but telling people they need to just suck up having their property marked up, fouled, dirtied or whatever because it's "not that big a deal" is the very mentality that causes this sort of problem to begin with.

If you don't have a cat or dog, you should not have to deal with the consequences of having a cat or dog. If the woman wanted cat prints all over her car, she'd get a cat.

If some little kid wandered over there and put muddy handprints all over the car, I guarantee you this would be a very different conversation.

I am not one of these people who gets uptight about dirt on my van. My van is usually dusty because I don't wash it all that often. I give it a good deep cleaning and wash every now and then. But if I washed it and waxed it and cleaned the windows and came out the next morning and one of my neighbor's cats had wandered over here and muddied it up again, yeah, I'd be irritated.
