12 year old sues over punishment and wins!

Now, you may ask, what "horrible" punishment was it that warranted a court ruling? Starvation? Beating with a coat hanger and belt? Forced to drink bleach? Nope. Much, much worse.

She wasn't allowed to go on a field trip!
