I can't help but wondering what Sandusky's legal team is thinking. Does this help them or hurt them now that Joe Pa can't testify in open court about what went on at Penn State?

I'm not shedding tears either, but mostly because I don't know the guy.

I do think it's a shame that his career (and life) ended this way. Yeah, he's kinda to blame, but it's still a shame.
