      And, At least half the problem is we kept the Colonial Lines there, without the bigger colonial powers to keep sometimes ancient feuds in check. Note this is also applicable in the middle and near east to some extent.

      See, Rwanda, Somolia, Congo, CAR, etc.

      The other half is, we NEED their resources and if they split up that'd be one more country we had to make deals with.
