    I'd also be saying that a lot of the "eewwww, squicky" factor comes from the fact that our biological make-up is geared towards keeping the species intact, and necrophilia goes against that (for 2 reasons ...).
    ZOE: Preacher, don't the Bible got some pretty specific things to say about killing?

    SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

      Maybe, Slyt, but people don't have problems with a lot of other things that go against base nature. I truly think that it has more to do with cultural taboo than "it won't save the species" instincts.

        Sorry - I was more suggesting that's where it starts... such things change over time and society.
