Perhaps they should allow armed undercover marshalls to board the buses like they do with airplanes.

The guy was a psychopath. He could have attacked anyone, anywhere. But I can see why they thought "bus rage" might have been offensive to people.

I don't think they need marshals on busses; it's not a high crime area, riding the bus, eh? It's just a freak occurance and none of the public's concern, really. Though I feel bad for the victim's family; what a horrible way to go.
