for sexual harrassment and hostile work environment

    http://abcnews.go.com/Business/york-...ry?id=16458628

It is alledged that the managers at the restaurant kept inappropietely touching the servers, kept asking (and making a pool about) the servers weight, sexually haressed them in various manners, forced them on a weighting scale, and alledgedly locked one in the office when she refused to be weighted.
I'm lost without a paddle and I'm headed up sh*t creek.

I got one foot on a banana peel and the other in the Twilight Zone.

Certainly does sound like a hostile work environment!

Manager sounds like an asshole, but why did it take so long to go to trial? The incident happened at least 6 years ago.

Part of it is because our courts are backed up to an insane degree.

Have not clicked the link..so I have to ask. Hooters? (The restaurant people..get your mind outta the gutters). Watched an undercover boss and seen a few .. questionable tactics from them. Have heard that people have been fired for gaining weight..etc..wouldn't put it past them.
