What a tool! It's sad though that he doesn't realize that the person who's damaging his reputation and making him look like a fool is himself.

Oh, this just keeps getting better.*
He's now added California State Attorney General Kamala Harris to the suit.
Article at Ars Technica
He is also seeking damages against Modelista and Inman, and wants a court order barring charities and IndieGoGo from raising money without registering the campaign with the California Attorney General's office.
But the really fun part is that he's trying to compel the judge to "legislate from the bench" in regards to the IndieGoGo fund raising campaign.
Add in some harassment by his wife against another Ars Technica user for having the audacity to post about his insanity on her own blog, and I can't imagine that this guy will still be a member of the bar by this time next year.
* aka more absurd

While it's the conclusion as far as Inman is concerned, for the Carreons, not so much.
Tara is grade aA crazy and right now she's like a rabid dog with a bone; she's not going to let it go at that.

I love how he's done the design in the bills he's actually sending off to the charities.
Which is close enough for me, especially given the crap Carreon was trying to pull.

The funds that were PayPal'ed to Inman (rather than registered through IGG) were mailed as checks. Inman withdrew 200k+ of his own funds in order to follow through on his initial promises to photograph the money and send the photos to Carreon/FunnyJunk.

Inman did a TED talk about his success with...Mingle? I think? and The Oatmeal. As I recall, the highlights were - be funny, be relevant, be brief, know your audience.
ETA: In case anyone genuinely doesn't know, The Oatmeal is similar to a webcomic - with funny pictures/graphs and such. He also does/did similar work for a dating website.

In short, the guy is nuts.
The Judge: So let me get this straight, you're suing yourself?
Chucky: Yes. I caused serious and almost irrepairable harm to my reputation, so I figure the best course of action is to sue myself.
The Judge: ARe you nuts?
Chucky: That, Sir is slander and I'm suing you next.
