    Sounds like a bullshit excuse because of how much she makes to be honest. I've seen it way to many times where companies fire all the senior employees that make way over the max or are capped at the max and suddenly one stupid little thing they fire them.
    There are no stupid questions, just stupid people...

      yes walmart corporate is STUPID and knows NOTHING of how their store is run or how it is for the employees.
      I don't blame Walmart for this as much as our court system. Customers who get "touched" can sue for assault and WIN regardless of the circumstances. Every store I've worked at had a "no touching" policy just for this reason alone. If we stop the stupid frivolous lawsuits and find a cure for stupidity that apparently affects lawyers and judges, a lot of these stupid policies would go away.

      It just sickens me that a shoplifter or an abusive customer who is physically stopped and/or defended against by an employee can still profit by turning around and sue the store.
