    It can get you in trouble with the Bar Association, given the circumstances: he promised the Court to do something, then reneged. It's unethical behavior.
    Good news! Your insurance company says they'll cover you. Unfortunately, they also say it will be with dirt.

      oh, I quite agree- and he should be hauled up in front of the Bar- I was juts pointing out that what they did didn't seem to break any laws that would allow the imprisonment of the collectors.
