She probably linked it so she could download stuff for lessons at home and then just upload it at work.

Now the school district is saying that the alledged "nude picture" was neither nude nor topless nor pornographic AND the picture was from the neck down not showing a face. It "may" have been "sexually suggestive" but not as bad as initially reported AND no CRIMINAL behavior was detected.I'm lost without a paddle and I'm headed up sh*t creek.

Wait...hold up..give my brain some time to reboot. So not only did they make a monumental mistake by suspending the students..but now the photo was 'not topless (etc)'. This makes it better? HOW? I ... wait ... what? Arrgghhh my head hurts..trying to understand the crazy!

I'm sorry how fucking stupid are you to give a group of young kids and Ipad with no sort of parental controls enabled and expect them NOT to fuck around. Back when I was in 8th grade I got suspended for hacking it wasn't until my suspension was served I was keyed in on some very important things. I was using a computer I was authorized to be on and copied a file from the recycle bin which is equal to the trashcan, then posted an 8th grade yearbook poll online.... I was told I runied yearbook sales, REALLY? like it wouldn't be possible to guess winners of a popularity contest??? and thinking anyone bought a yearbook for a poll is just stupid.
If you only want them using certain programs, only have those programs installed or some form of control to prevent forbidden programs from opening, until then kids press buttons. DEAL with it. OR HOLY shit, forbid them access to the Ipad instead of telling them to go enjoy a day off. For me suspension was fucking awesome, sleeping in and watching TV all day going for a good lunch with my mom since she supported my shenanigans I got slapped and due to zero tolerance would have been suspended for blocking so I knocked his ass down and grabbed a chair.

LOL GTFO
That said, what I can't understand about the children's suspension for looking at these pics - I mean, how would they have known otherwise that the inappropriate photos were there if they had not seen them????
I don't think I've heard if the teacher whose pictures were involved received any type of disciplinary action . . . which is another reason why it makes this story all the more outrageous.
I wonder about the future of mankind when they start using logic like this: let's punish the kids for looking at naked pics but not the person who appears naked???
And I guarantee you more than one school official had to have taken another private peek at those pics when nobody was looking. If life hands you lemons . . . find someone whose life is handing them vodka . . . and have a party - Ron "Tater Salad" White
