      Does the medical examiner actually say how and why this girl died?

        The coroner's report actually does say caffeine toxicity in it.

        Considering that, as mentioned earlier, most completely healthy people could have had 10-20 times the number of drinks she did and not died as a result, it's fairly obvious that the warning label about people "sensitive to caffeine" should be more than sufficient.
