My mother was a health freak and even she wasn't this intrusive of my eating habits when I was younger. At what point does a government, whether it's federal or municipal, start to finally cross the line into big-brother nannyism?

I wanna say he's a lame duck right now (in the last term he is allowed to serve), and thus, effectively free of any major consequences of his actions if he ticks off the voters. As long as he doesn't do anything that's actually illegal, anyway.
