  • I really cannot help myself on this one...

    http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/n...-1226528848834

Basically, Anonymous (or a copycat group) decided to hack the website of the Religious Right Family First Party in Aussieland.

Now the party in question was founded by a former (?) priest. Some of their policies sort of make sense (they DO have some ideas about encouraging businesses to cater for employees families) but here are the ones that make me go

-Removing of workplace regulations which prevent the unskilled from gaining employment.

-Refusal to do anything about climate change unless a Royal Commission is conducted in which scientists who are anti-climate change can have the floor (they DO have the opportunity you idiots!)

    -Anti-abortion.

    -Anti-euthenasia.

-Anti gay-marriage. (also against same-sex parenting)

-Against surrogacy in ANY form...basically their view is that if you're infertile, you're SOL.

Thank god they're a micro-party and no longer exist at the federal level...(basically they lost at the last federal election)

They're the future of the Republican Party in the US if the GOP doesn't get with the program.
Good news! Your insurance company says they'll cover you. Unfortunately, they also say it will be with dirt.

They're not there yet. They haven't pushed out all the moderates, nor are they anywhere near ceasing to be a major presence in politics. Also, "removing of workplace regulations which prevent the unskilled from gaining employment" doesn't sound like our Republicans at all. Removing all help in getting *training* for the unskilled, yes; giving them jobs they don't know how to do, no.

How else can they complain that something's broke, if they don't break it first?
