(mostly women) fight back and sue a Texas based website that specialises in pubishing intimate or explicit photos (taken either overtly or covertly) posted by Ex's ALONG WITH personal information such as links to the woman's Facebook page with includes real names and other peronsal information (this information is only accessable when a user pays a membership fee).

Now I will say this especially in this day and age of sexting and cameras in every kind of electronic devices imagineable, this is a double edged sword.
Some persons WILL be stuipd enough to send intimate and/or explicit photos to their GF/BF/SO/spouse expecting "privacy".
my Ex and I half jokinly years ago posited that we should get phones with cameras and have "fun" with them. In that situation we would have expected a certain level of trust and respect and that none of these "titilating" photos would be shared with others. The same thing would apply if say, for hypothetical purposes, we made a homemade sex video. not to go outside of the house either physically (tape) or digitally (internet).
BUT in this day and age of share everything with the world this gets very dicey.
AND in the event a photo is willingly and purposely shared or shared with another person, it gets even more dicey with the "consent" issue.
NOW the situation with videos or photos taken covertly as in with out knowledge or consent IMO the course is clear NO consent = NO way should those images should be out in the wild.
