Now, the business can just say "I refuse to serve you, go away." If they don't give a reason, then the person refused will have a hell of a time proving that the did it based on discrimination, but if the bakery is happily touting, "We refused them because they are GAY" and in that state sexual orientation is a protected class... bakery could be in a whole mess of trouble.
