MAn uses toddler to steal package from in front of house
Sadly, I'm not shocked by this. We've heard of or seen parents using their young children to steal or be used as a defense for stealing (sorry, my kid must have grabbed it off the shelves without my noticing). This is only a logical step forward from that direction.
