CPS takes child from parents

There's starting to be some shift in the whole "But the mother" crap that goes on with custody issues. And it's way past time that happened.

Looks like a judge ordered CPS to give the kid back, and sent the kid to a third hospital that's not involved in the disagreement between the first two. But the judge also ordered the parents can't remove the child from the hospital without the doctor's say so now.

I do like that CPS is a total shadow organization that's not required to explain themselves without a court order, but is allowed to take children without a warrant if "a minor has an immediate need for medical care, or the minor is in immediate danger of physical or sexual abuse, or the physical environment or the fact that the child is left unattended poses an immediate threat to the child's health or safety".

That rule is fine and dandy IF they had to explain why they came to that conclusion, but they don't. Still, its sounding more and more like some bruised ego at the first hospital called up CPS and fed them a load of bullshit to punish the parents.
