I'd be thinking that it would just be colours inspired by the movie if anything.

For instance, the "Effie Trinket" line would have say, pinks and greens.

I'd love to dress up like this: http://www.marieclaire.com/cm/mariec...0412-s-lgn.jpg

      On Halloween of course.

I could easily pull off the Ceaser Flickerman thing. Just have to dye my hair blue, shave my goatee and get the glitter clothes.
I'm lost without a paddle and I'm headed up sh*t creek.

I got one foot on a banana peel and the other in the Twilight Zone.

I liked Ceasar's look in the movie. It was sharp. He could probably pull that off in "normal" society.
Good news! Your insurance company says they'll cover you. Unfortunately, they also say it will be with dirt.

Actually I think this is genius, think about it. This is in character with the universe of the movie where capitol is basically so far removed from reality that if Katniss wore some ripped shirt she found in a dumpster people in capitol would wear it as fashion so makeup based off of slavery and child combat is something that those in capitol would buy by the truckload. Cover girl is larping as a company.

Yeah, the book "Catching fire" mentions people in the Capitol wearing Katniss's Mockingjay as an accessory- on jewellery, embroidered into clothes, tattooed on themselves, because everyone wants to wear the Victor's token. They have no idea what it means to those outside the Capitol. (A few do- there are some hidden rebel sympathizers around). So I might end up working a fiery feathered element into my costume- I look like a Capitol fashionista, when in reality I'm literally wearing my sympathies on my gown sleeves
