Honestly, so what? Reactionary "justice" has never been a good thing and the US especially has a real problem with it ( mainly thanks to for ratings news networks ).

You can't police and govern a country retroactively. It accomplishes little except eroding your own freedoms and democracy. Its the kind of thing that leads to CIA torture reports.
