Man lost phone that had pics of naked wife in it

Man loses phone in a Fayetteville McDonalds restaurant. Employees said they'd secure phone and return it to him. Wife's naked pictures end up on internet. Man is suing MickeyD Corp, and just about everyone associated with that one store.

What is the lesson learned, folks?

Oh lordie. Whoever posted the pics deserves a hefty fine and whatever else the civil courts can throw at him. The poor wife will never regain her reputation/dignity/esteem, as once it's on the internet it never leaves.

And once it has been seen, it can not be unseen. >_<

I saw this on TMZ and the comments are great. They are saying that this is probably a scam and that they posted the pics themselves and then "lost" the phone and are looking for a big payday.

Or don't let you boyfriend get your face or tattoos in the photos and then it doesn't really matter who see them...

I say don't let people take your photo naked. Simple.

You never know what curve balls life will throw you. If you don't want anyone else to ever see it, don't let the photo be taken in the first place... especially in this age...the age of the interwebs.

Although, on the one hand...I can see that someone who posts said images without consent should be held accountable...but how do you prove who the original poster was?

This is a very sad situation (and precisely why I have never consented to have my picture taken naked...'cause I don't want to share with the world)
