        Are we sure this guy passed the bar? Because he is NUTS.

        The court will throw this out . . . with great laughter ensuing I'm sure.

        Who opens a lawsuit with a self promotion of ones band? I used to think only in Hollywood, but I guess country has its nut jobs, too.

        Porn is legal according the the SCOTUS: that legal issue alone will cause the court to reject the suit. The rest is just noise.

        I can't believe this guy's brain to mouth filter is so poor that he actually has the brass balls to file a suit like this.

          His cries of Apple's actions being against the law are in regard to a TN statute that regulates against the knowing allowance of a minor to view porn.

          Basically, it has absolutely no bearing on this case in any way, shape, or form.

          And, yes, this guy is nuts. Legally nuts, actually. He apparently went nuts sometime after both having passed the bar and serving overseas in some capacity. I don't think his nuttiness has anything to do with either of those things, however.

            From the level of intelligence this guy has shown, it's clear that he passed quite a few bars - after consuming a couple double shots at each. As for the brain-to-mouth filter, don't blame it for not working properly when the device from which it's supposed to receive its input is missing.

              It's been reported by the Tennessean that Mark "Chris" Sevier has passed the bar but is in "inactive" status because of mental illness.

              That might explain his behavior, but unless he has a full blown psychosis, it does not excuse his behavior.
