  • Parents worried about school aide's porn past.

the aide starred in porn ending it 5 years ago. But the parents are worried that she is corrupting their children.

I'm confused. What does her being previously in porn have anything to do with her watching kids? She hasn't done anything illegal. She hasn't done anything immoral as far as kids go. It's stupid. She's done no wrong and the school had the balls to look for legal ground to fire her for it? Dipshits.

Who honestly cares, what she did in her past.

      Now a few questions
      1. Is she wearing sexy skimpy outfits to work?
      2. Is she having any type of sex with the children?
      3. Is she fucking her way, to a better job?
      4. How is her attitude towards any of the parents? Is she hitting on them? Does she act as if, she is better than them?

She probably is better than them. She's just trying to make a living and not cause trouble unlike the parents.

I suspect the background thought in parents' heads is that by her being a good standup rolemodel to their kids, it condones such a means to get ahead in life - a thought that doesn't do a lot for encouraging a more ...'virtuous' life.

They may think "Well, if she did it, it can't be that bad". That's what the concept of a role-model is all about.. and why 'stars' (be they in sports or entertainment industries) are held up as role-models, and why their lives get so scrutinised. For example, over here, if our sports players go on a binge and bring the club into 'disrepute', then they get themselves fined... or worse.

Thus, in a way, she is 'promoting' doing porn as a good career choice.

That's how I think parents are thinking...

Should she be fired - hell no!

                She's tainted, is the problem.

Porn is the work of the Devil, yes? Hence she is tainted by Evil, and will obviously taint and corrupt the young hearts of the children towards leading lives of debeauchery and sin. She must be fired and taken as far away from children as possible, and if at all convenient burned at the stake.

                What ?

It makes as much sense as anything else the parents say, after all

Inconvenient... stoning - a lot quicker and easier.

                    Well, see, I disagree:
stoning is a lot messier, and much more trying on the morale: even if the crowd cheers a lot, you get tears and yells of horror from the subject, and there blood spattering all over the place, then you're left with a mess of mangled limbs and stains that just won't be washed easily.

A burning is much more of a happening: there's the blaze, the song and dance, the yells of the subjects are rapidly shut by the smoke, so you only have a nice lil fire around which you can throw a party!
The next day you shovel the hashes and wash the rest, and there will be no gory reminder of human's folly.

Well, just as long as she's not substituting her old films for the film strip in Sex Ed, it should be fine.

Maybe if she did that, the kids would actually learn something about sex.

                          *blink*

Err, not likely. The porn I've seen (which is not that much, I'd rather do it than watch other people doing it) is really unrealistic.

To quote a great episode of NCIS - Abby is reviewing online porn feeds for a case:

                          Gibbs: "Learn anything, Abs?"
Abby: "I'm not nearly flexible enough"

I've seen lots and lots, and almost none of it is suitable for teaching children about sex, unless you want them to learn that women always moan very loudly, men all have ten inch dicks and can hold off orgasm for at least 30 minutes every time, and that while cunnilingus doesn't exist, fellatio is practically a requirement for sex!

Note: I don't have a problem with porn. I actually like some of it! But it doesn't portray accurate, healthy sexuality, and it should NOT be the only sexual information someone gets.

The videos in sex ed when I was a kid (I'm only 20) were piss poor. Considering they actually made an effort to teach us about sexual related stuff, I never really learned anything I didn't already know. At least porn taught me a couple neat tricks. But I had the common sense to realize just like regular movies, real life isn't exactly like porn.
