I'm not sure why the kids should even have to know what her previous employment was. In any case with kids that young, they're not going to understand. It's more for parents' peace of mind, which isn't nearly a good enough reason if there's no evidence that her presence is harmful for the kids.

Sex ed doesn't.
Back on the subject: contrary to the eHarmony thread, this is a much more relevant case of discrimination. However I don't think we will witness a wave of support from the porn community as we will from the gay community in the other thread's subject.Last edited by DrT; 11-25-2008, 09:39 AM.

As someone that had an adult sex drive hit early at age 10, I must say that not knowing exactly what it was that I absolutely had to have, porn saved my sanity.
Eventhough it's a common joke that most men are walking libidos, before 14 when my logical rational self-control developed, I really was genitals looking for a "place to stay". Without a media outlet, I might really have done more things that I'm ashamed of than I did.

So...... Porn saved you from depression and developing childhood neurosis that would have screwed you all your adult life.
I say porn should be a requirement in school. Just get it out of their systems in middle school, hand out a few magazines with mini DVDs in them (like 10 min movie) and the world will be a better place.
or not.
t'will be stickier, for sure....
