especially when the player is apparently hoping that the bastard of a kid will straighten up after this. I'm glad the player decided to press charges now.

I wasn't sure on the whole "I didn't press charges but now I am" issue regarding US laws (hell even UK ones), I am glad that he has an option to change his mind in light of the circumstances.

I would target all original cases not just those from the loud parents, this is a case of damn one damn them all, sure some of the parents didn't cause shit for him to change his mind, but it still doesn't mean that their children didn't cause or be involved in the damage to some extent.

And I would target the parents who tweeted threats as they can and will be used in prosecutions due to changes in law.

Parents are mad at the guy who tried to give their kids a break even after they trashed his home? And only one parent brought their kid to clean stuff up?

My nieces, had they participated in this, would have been hauled down there and set to work cleaning up. And I would have helped them clean. Not because I needed to, as they did, but because what they did was not right, and as their family, it is my responsibility to help set right their wrongs.

This would have been after my gasket had blown, of course. Because blown that gasket would have been. Severely.
