I was just on Facebook on the skittles page to complain that I hate the green apple flavor and I saw a profile pic ripped from a porno: a close up shot of a couple "connected to each other", so I click on the profile to report the picture and holy shit he's got porn pictures EVERYWHERE! Pictures, videos, and promises of "real teen porn", so I'm thinking that after I report his profile picture I'll report the rest of his page for obvious reasons but Facebook has other ideas. I get done reporting the profile picture then I go to try to report the entire page because from what I've seen its illegal as hell, it only gives me the option of blocking him so I won't see his page. I know that this my only be one of hundreds that might be out there but I felt like I had to report it, all I wanted to do was complain about some candy and found that shit pile. It just sucks I couldn't do more about it, there should be more that you could do to report inappropriate and illegal content on Facebook.

After I read Andara's post before I searched help on Facebook to send an email to their customer service/security detailing exactly what I saw, and that it was against their policy to allow that kind of shit not only because it was it was unmistakenly pornographic but the messages and links said shit like "real teens" and "guaranteed under 18" and I felt like throwing up. And Crash after reading your post I went back to block him and see if I could submit another report on the shitbag and I couldn't find him, I'm seriously hoping that he got checked out and permabanned and reported to the police. Then again maybe I'm hoping for too much even though the bastard was on a family friendly page, I just felt like I had to speak up and report it. How many other people see pages like that and don't report them, I couldn't just ignore it and pretend I didn't see it."I like him aunt Sarah, he's got a pretty shield. It's got a star on it!"

There was a page going around recently called "leaked snapchat" shots, which while the main page showed a girl with her tits covered up, the actual pics were anything but.
One of my friends (who does digital art) and another friend (photographer including tasteful nudes) posted up a very angry rant about double standards and how whenever either of them placed up a photo of a breast (with nipples covered) it was immediately removed because it was considered "porn", but they'd reported said photos and they weren't.
A group of us proceeded to do the same thing and got the same response. I sent through a very annoyed rant, pointing out that they had no way of verifying the ages of the snapchat girls (in other words, they were allowing child porn), whereas the artwork and photography produced by my friends showed very clearly that the characters/models were adult. I may have also thrown in a suggestion that whoever was controlling the filter was getting off on the "allowed" images.
The page was deleted and the guy permabanned shortly after

Facebook sent me an official notice stating the guys account was closed because of pornogaphy, it says somewhere that Facebook sometimes works with law enforcement so I hope they were contacted concerning this guy. From what I saw that I felt I had to report the female bodies in those pictures looked a little too small compared to the guys, I'm 5'5 but they looked shorter. I'm glad that page is gone."I like him aunt Sarah, he's got a pretty shield. It's got a star on it!"

Update: it got worse
Over the last 2 days I've had to report the same asshole with multiple pages of the exact same shit, this is part of the reason why I think people shouldn't be allowed to have more than 1 page. Wednesday it was the Skittles page, and yesterday it was also KFC, Denny's, IHOP, Target, and Playstation. All family friendly pages that this shitbag posted on, so I'm really pissed about that bullshit. I should be able to check out some of my favorite pages without seeing that kind of shit, who wants to go on the Target page or Playstation, or Denny's and see that picture accompanied by the message "SEEEEEX! REAL TEEN SEX FREE!" I thought Facebook had screening measures in place to get rid of pages like that, I think I'm just going to unlike all my favorites and just click on friends names individually. I texted D'andre about this and he got pissed too, he said it's becoming like MySpace and told me he has Instagram and Twitter. I liked Facebook but this shit has me wanting to leave."I like him aunt Sarah, he's got a pretty shield. It's got a star on it!"

This is something I've discovered is pretty constant across everything: 2% of everybody are crazy and/or assholes.
When things are small, you don't tend to butt up against that 2%. But when things get larger, and you are exposed to a much larger subsection of the populace, you'll start running into these people, and it sucks.
MySpace has 'em, Facebook has 'em, Twitter has 'em, YouTube has 'em (I think they go there and to 4Chan to breed >_>). I'm pretty sure LinkedIn has them, too.
The thing is, we shouldn't make policy aimed at that 2%: No calls to ruin it for the 50% who have multiple pages but do nothing wrong just because 2% can't control their shit. Especially when trying to limit pages to one per person is pretty much an impossible thing to enforce. The best you can do is have tools in place to handle the outliers in as efficient a manner as possible.Faith is about what you do. It's about aspiring to be better and nobler and kinder than you are. It's about making sacrifices for the good of others. - Dresden

Having multiple pages *is* against their rules, isn't it?
Anyway, they do remove such things. There are also a lot of complaints about their taking things down that should remain up, which they might or might not eventually actually look at and restore. A site with a billion users can't check everything before it goes up, and they wind up trying to balance between assholes, so to speak: those on the one side reporting legitimate posts out of spite, personal dislike, etc., and those on the other spreading genuine filth."My in-laws are country people and at night you can hear their distinctive howl."

having multiple accounts or profiles is against their rules I think but I know people who do it anyway. As for pages, which are different from profiles, you can have as many as you want. Groups too.https://www.youtube.com/user/HedgeTV
