Punishing The Victim?

I remember reading about big trafficking busts in which the teens were "rescued" from these hellholes. I put rescued in quotations because while it doesn't say they were charged with anything in these cases, I know there has been cases in which the victims were punished. Considering the crap that goes on in these hellholes and considering that many victims are underage, I really hope that they don't actually go that route. I don't think I need to explain how backwards that is.

it depends on what you mean by punished. For the prostituion? no. If they are illegal immigrants, then deporting them COULD be fair- assuming the same criteria are used as for any other immigrant. ( that is, if they would be in danger if they were sent back, then don't)
