From the comments, it seems like there's a faulty train of logic going on in some people's heads. "I am fat. I have a lot of problems that stem from the fact that I am fat. That person is not fat. That person does not have the problems that I have. Therefore, that person does not have problems. Because that person has no problems, they have no right to complain. Therefore I am in my rights to take them down a peg. Then maybe they'll think about what it must be like to have real problems, like I do."

food shaming on instagram is apparently a thing now.
if you're slim, other women often feel judged if you refuse food — as if you're highlighting their own lack of control." This can lead to "liarexia," or the practice of consuming large portions in public while dramatically restricting food intake in private

I agree with Greenday here. We should just stop the shaming and the fear tactics. We need to end this mentality that we need to shame those who aren't perfect. We also need to stop using shame to try to change the person, IT DOESN'T WORK. Even if it did, it's not justified.
