She really is completely clueless, that much is clear. How the hell can moving into a place down the block from the family she has been court-ordered to stay away from even be allowed to happen? In that court-order was there a minimum distance rider that stipulated just how far away this nutbag is supposed to stay away? If so, and if she is inside of that allowable boundary one can only hope that she would be forced to move.
