    Wow.

I wish there was video. ( I want to see the growing horror and shame on her husband's face >.> ). This sounds like one of my calls at work. It doesn't matter what they were or were not doing to begin with or what prompted the call to the cops. Even the cop says he would have been gone in 5 minutes after clearing it up.

She escalated the whole thing by herself with sheer self absorbed entitlement.

She wasn't arrested for anything, only detained. As the officer clearly explains to her. Repeatedly. ><

Someone lied to get out of trouble? Big shocker.

yup it's "entitlement" to be frustrated over the third incident having to deal with police and racism, obviously white people can see that it had nothing to do with race, because they don't get harassed for being white.

She's been previously stopped for driving while black, and being in a white rich neighborhood while black.

"California does not have a stop and identify statute," Lucas continued. "According to California State Law, to investigate a potential arrest for lewd behavior (which is a misdemeanor), Sgt. Parker would have had to seen us in the middle of the lewd act or had talked to a witness at the scene of the alleged crime. He did neither."

Well, based on your quote, there WERE tons of witnesses who said she was having sex in the car so there were witnesses.

Way to completely miss the point, not pay any attention to the story and go straight to the race card. Also this is the same boyfriend that lied in the original story alongside her and is lying in this one as well. And yes, it is entitlement if you threaten a police officer with your publicist or try to make him talk to your dad.

Her previous encounters with police are unfortunate but they don't give her the right to go totally apeshit on this officer. Who judging by the audio of the situation remained calm and professional through out the entire incident. Explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Especially given that she was, indeed, humping him in broad daylight, in public, with the car door wide open. Rendering her entire claim of racism completely bullshit and throwing what little credibility she had left out the window.

She committed a crime, got caught, played the race card and acted like an entitled brat.
