My question on that is this: is disorderly conduct the best charge they (law enforcement) can come up with? I mean a teddy bear has been sexually molested, and may need extensive therapy to come to terms with what happened.

Can't they charge the suspect w/a sex crime? Molestation of a stuffed animal if nothing else?
