My main thought about this was this occurred before the TV show started, and it never crossed the Duggars' mind that this situation wouldn't at some point come up?

I have good news. TLC has cancelled 19 Kids and Counting. It's about time.Corey Taylor is correct. Man is a "four letter word."

Look who's back in the news. The website called Ashley Madison was hacked. This website advertises cheating on your spouse. The hackers released information that Josh Duggar was a client of this website. In other words, he was cheating on his wife.
He says gays are ruining the "sanctity of marriage."

It's worth noting that apparently AM didn't actually use the email addresses they collected for verification purposes, so someone who could have hated you could have put your email in, and you'd potentially never even know.
I don't think that happened in this case, but it's something to be aware of.Faith is about what you do. It's about aspiring to be better and nobler and kinder than you are. It's about making sacrifices for the good of others. - Dresden

I just don't get how the people who are so upset over the government hacking stuff can be so happy over the AM hack. Invasion of privacy is an invasion of privacy.Last edited by Greenday; 08-20-2015, 11:21 PM.Violence has resolved more conflicts than anything else. Also, people are likely happy about the AM hack because AM is morally bankrupt both from a business perspective ( See the reason the hackers struck in the first place ) and a personal one. Plus, its pretty hard to argue invasion of privacy when the thing you want kept private is something your spouse and/or family really has a right to know ( that being that you are an asshole ).
Its technically invasion of privacy but you're not going to get much sympathy for it in this case. Especially given that the revelation of adultery can lead to significant legal issues.
