Who sentences the victim of domestic abuse to jail for failing to show to court.

(and yes, I understand why her not showing up was a problem. But there has to be a better way to preserve innocent until proven guilty then putting an already terrified victim behind bars)

Okay... this is just horrible.

The victim gets three days in jail for failing to appear in court, and the perpetrator gets sixteen days for the crime? That doesn't seem fair.

Even mother of Satan herself, Nancy Grace, thinks the judge was wrong. I never thought I'd see the day when I agree with Nancy freaking Grace.
