Not to completely derail the 'Possibly the most annoying thing ever', but similar.

I flew interstate over the weekend (which is why I'm only now catching up on here...) to go to a friend's 30th party. I was staying with her for the entire weekend (mostly due to the fact that of the 3 ppl I wanted/expected to catch up with chose that time to be out of the country!), so her and I spent a fair bit of time with each other (granted, with her family around, but hey... we're not that sort of 'friend' that it should really matter that much).
Anyway, those 2 friends flew back into town on Monday, and so I postponed my flight back home to catch up with them.
K and I arrange for our traditional sushi dinner Monday night. It opens at 5:30. About 5, we're sitting in the computer room, and I say I'm about ready, just need to put on shoes and socks... just waiting for her to get ready. 5:30 comes and goes... and she knows I've decided to go see Dave after we have our dinner... that's all fine and dandy.
We finally leave about 6-ish! We get to sushi, and it's closed, but there's a thai restaurant next door that's open, and other places around as well.
No... K feels like sushi... so we travel quite a few miles away to another place (opposite direction to where I want to go later). There's a wait (fortunately, only 10 mins). We get in, have dinner, end up going for coffee after.
It's now gone past 8... and thus, really too late to catch up with Dave. (after all, he's only just come back from a 24 hour flight with 2 young kids, and has to work in the morning).
I'm sad... may not see him again for the rest of the year, and depending on how my life plans out, may not see him again for another few years....
And I'm damn sure K did this as an act of sabotage... possessiveness... she wanted to spend time with me, so 'made sure' I didn't have time to see anyone else.
So... anyone else copped this sabotage thing? Where someone has deliberately stuffed you around so they could get what they wanted??
