I recently received a friend request from an obvious spam profile on Facebook. It said, "Amari Klitz wants to be your friend."
First, it's obvious that they're not trying anymore. Second, it says "Amari Klitz has updated his profile picture." "His" profile picture is of a scantly clad woman with her butt pointing at the camera. This profile has attractive, scantally clad women in suggestive poses with the message, "Touch Me " "www.[insert obviously pornographic web page here].com."
The worst part is that this is on Facebook. If I accidentally clicked "Confirm Request," the rest of your friends will see, "Catcul and Amari Klitz are now friends." That would've been embarrassing at best, and harmful to my job prospects at worst.
When I checked this profile out, Amari Klitz already had 4 friends.
