  • I can't help it...

This may seem opinionated but sorry these things bug me....I just don't see the point in them...and have to ask WHY

    1. women who get hair cuts where the hair in the back is really short and slopes down to the sides which end up being longer....you know where the hair is really short all over but is way shorter in the back than on the sides....it just looks weird!

    2. Women who wear pants and high heels, and the pants completely cover the high heels and go to the ground. Why wear them if you can't even see them? Course I have to wonder why wear them at all...they are bad for your feet and back and just cause pain.

    3. Couples who commute to work...they get to destination one, the driver gets out of the car and the passenger switches to the driver's seat. Why don't they just drive in the first place?

    that's it for now

    That's my haircut. It's a bit avante-garde, perhaps, but I like it.

I also wear high heels under pants, sometimes. I like the extra height, and the way the shoes look when the pants pull up a bit when I sit down. I usually only wear heels when I'll be mostly sitting, anyway.

Heels make your butt and legs look amazing, and for me, makes me feel sexier.

That's my hairstyle as well, more or less. It allows me to wear my hair short, while still being somewhat slimming.

High heels also do a nice job of showing off a woman's legs, if she's got an outfit that will show them off (And tight pants can qualify)

Some people don't like to drive...and so will wait until the last minute to do so. Could also be an excuse to get out and give a better goodbye, as well

          1. my hair is shorter at the back in summer because its bloody hot here and being able to feel the breeze on my neck makes me feel much cooler

          2. high heels make your legs longer because the tilt your pelvis forward and therefore lift the butt and enlongate the leg. Longer legs are something our society deems as attractive... Im a ballet slippers girl myself

          3. when we used to drive in to work I would be putting on my make up or getting my bag organised so K would drive in, then we would switch

Wow...I can really understand the short hair thing but I like having it short all over.....right now i'm growing it out and it's driving me crazy.

I don't understand the heels....I mean yeah it makes your leg look better and all that but DAMN they are painful and are really bad for you! There's nothing healthy about them at all. I'm just never one to sacrifice comfort for fashion

Oh, as far as wearing heels in general? I may love the way they look, but I'd *never* ask someone to wear them...They are evil :P

Maybe some women aren't uncomfortable in high heels. Personally, I think flip-flops are really uncomfortable, but lots of other people don't seem to think so.

I think it was stylish to wear high heels with jeans back in the 80s, and it does seem that the style is coming back, along with quite a few other 80s fashions. I have noticed that some girls will wear these shoes that I guess could be considered "high heels." They have a heel on them, and they just barely cover the toes. I know it sounds horribly contradictory to say that they have a heel, but that I'm not sure if they should be considered "high heels," but they just look different than what I think of as "high heels."

Anyway, I've noticed some girls wearing these types of heeled shoes with jeans, and personally, I think it looks pretty attractive. But if a girl is uncomfortable wearing such a thing, then I don't want her to wear them.

                  I hear ya, sister!

But sometimes I suck it up and wear them anyway. I feel sexy for a few hours, then go home and soak my feet in the bath.

It depends on the heel. A spikier and taller one will kill my feet and back in pretty short order, but a thicker heel or a wedge is pretty doable for me for long periods of standing.

I wish I could pull off the haircut you were describing, I think it's cute, but my hair is far too curly. I need a haircut now, my layers are starting to grow out again....

                      1. The cut gives movement and depth to the hair that it would not have if it was all one length.

                      2. The proper length for pants to be worn with heels is so that the front of the pants cuff breaks just over the top of the foot, giving a nice line to the hem of the pants. If the pant leg covers the entire shoe and goes to the ground, the pants are too long and need to be hemmed. While some round toes shoes can look okay worn this way, the long pointy ones look best with pants. The effect is to elongate and slim the leg.

                      3. In my case, it was so I could put my face on in the car.

As for the hairstyle, I can't answer, because I won't go any shorter than my shoulders. My face is way too round and my hair is so fine and thin that it would look ridiculous.

I purposely buy my pants with the inseam a couple inches too long. Not so that they are covering my feet, but so that I can wear them with heels.

You have no idea how heels can make a very short girl with very short legs all of a sudden look very tall, elegant, and statuesque.

I HATE tennies and flat shoes. But I have to wear them to work 4 days a week. I absolutely hate how stumpy my legs look without a boost. And because of how short and curvy I am, I HAVE to wear pants that are skin tight in the hips and butt and knees, or else my lower body looks extremely fat.

I'm very particular about what kind of heels I wear, I refuse to wear Stilettos (again) and spikes. They're so freaking uncomfortable and I'm afraid that my heel would break if I had spikes. I've had a shoe break on me once before, but thankfully I had a backup pair of flats-flip flops btw (thanks to my mom who always has spare shoes in the car) in the car, even though they were a couple of sizes too big for me. I've had my hair cut short before, the last time I had my hair short was when I was 13 (it was shoulder length), I might do it again but SO would hate me for it. My hair now is close to the small of my back (even longer when I straighten it) and when I turned 20 my aunt (she's a licensed cosmetologist) cut off 8 inches of my hair and straightened it for my birthday. SO is a good guy, don't get me wrong, but he doesn't go for girls with short hair and needless to say he wasn't to happy with me when I had my hair cut.

My sister's new boss told her she should wear high heels much more, as it makes her look more professional. You can tell he's never lived with a woman.

My sister and one of her co-workers staged a conversation when he was nearby about how my sister's doctor said she should try to not wear high heels as it's very bad for her back. Immediately after that conversation was over, her boss went over to her and told she no longer had to wear high heels to work.

But it was nuts. He was always making fun of her if she wore flats to work. The guy is a prick.

Well I personally can't wear heels they hurt my feet way too much. Whether it's the spike kind or wedge or whatever...I like flat comfy shoes. Flip flops can hurt depending on the kind you have, or be totally comfortable. The cheaper ones are not good.
