It's like it's out to get you. "Aw, you have to work full time again this summer instead of enjoying your summer? Ok, how about this. 80 degrees and sunny most of the week when you are at work. Then when the weekend comes, BAM 60 and rain the entire week. Then it'll get nice out again when you have to work. MWAHAHAHAHA" Lame.

Can anyone tell how utterly bored I am at work? Only 104 days until school! 67 full days of work (unless we get a day off for July 4th)

I totally agree with you. Totally.

Try working 3rd shift in the spring and summer. Especially once it starts getting really nice and warm out. All week long, I have to sleep all day, knowing it was 70 or 80something degrees today and all that I missed.....then the weekend comes and guess what? High 50s and rain rain rain. Or 60s and 70s but storms all weekend!

I swear, it only rains or storms once, maybe twice, during the week. Once we get to Friday, it wants to cool off, get windy, and piss rain until Sunday night. Then it warms up and gets nice out all the next week.

The last few weekends have ALL been like that. We hit our highest temps on Wednesday or Thursday, and by Friday, it starts cooling down down down and rain rain rain rain rain rain.

Winter is much the same. The biggest snow storms always happen on Friday or Saturday nights. Always. And maybe a few on Tuesday or Wednesdays.

I am as we speak, looking out and seeing snow. In May.

      Let me enunciate:

      SNOW

      IN

      MAY

Up until three days ago, it was snowing where I live too. But that's not too terribly weird for Saskatchewan. It once snowed on my birthday, June 7th.

My fiance and I always joke around that you know when it's Friday in our town, because if it's Friday, it's raining.

Ugh, I can totally sympathize with everyone! I get to look out my big picture windows at work and see the beautiful sunshine...and everyone else enjoying it.

Then the weekend comes, I've got a horse show to go to, and its raining! Nothing is more miserable than being cold and wet and having to compete! (these sorts of things aren't usually held indoors, you know.) Not to mention having to care for a wet horse, wet equipment, wet clothes....etc.

Wow, it's supposed to be much warmer now. Definitely time to hit the beach...if you are my mom and out on disability for a couple weeks and have nothing to do. Hopefully the base let's us out early Friday...
