It's not fair to base someone being sucky based on physical characteristics. We agree that being black, or Asian, or old, or fat doesn't make a person sucky. The fact that they're behaving like an asshole is why they're sucky.
So why is it okay to ascribe someone's jerkyness to "Tiny Penis Syndrome?" I'm not talking about saying "nice penis extension" to someone with a shiny red sports car, since that's referencing "weiner waving contests" where some guy just needs to have the bigger dick. There's no judgement on how big his penis actually is in that case. I'm talking specifically about cases where someone says "He's probably got a small dick" as if an undersized male member is the cause of assholeish behaviour. Why is this acceptable?
Men constantly have it drilled in to them that if they've got a small dick, ladies are already simply going to point and laugh. So why are we adding to the social stigma of an accident of genetics by saying it causes personality defects?
Dear reader, you've probably guessed by now, I have a small dick. I won't say how small, 'cause it's none of your business other than I'll say the following: I have troubles getting changed in public changerooms such as at swimming pools, and it's not because I'm fat. Even if I lost all my extra weight, I'd still be under the 6" average by a few inches. It's basically the one aspect of my self where the only suitable adjectives are "self-loathing" and "shame." It's literally to the point where I'm relationship-adverse over it.
So each time someone says "He's got Tiny Penis Syndrome," or "Guy's got a tiny dick to compensate for," it feels like a personal attack, no different from if someone said "Damn fatties breaking chairs" or "Damned stupid kids." And don't talk to me about "metaphorical" penises, because that's still attaching a negative value to a part of my body.
I hate. HATE "TPS."
