I've got both jobs and while there are good bits (teh powerz mwahaha! 
j/k) there are a lot of annoyances. -.- Like the following.
1. "OMG you guys are soo mean! I hate your guts and I hope you die!" And soforth, generally repeated over several PMs until eventually the last straw occurs (usually for me after they've broken several rules, deleted several warnings and continued the harrassment after being told to knock it the fuck off) and they get banned, usually for just a week at first. What really bugs me about people who do this after being told off, is that their rulebreakage is usually extremely minor, like making a post in the wrong forum or something; and after being gently reminded of the rules, act as tho you killed their puppy and kicked their first born child. -.-
2. Spam cleaning. Especially if a load of regular members feel they have to tell the spammer "Stop spamming!"; that just gives me more posts to delete, and the person isn't always being malicious. Sometimes they're a newb and would respond more to being told what spam is, and not to do it. Instead, a load of people flame them and make more trouble. -.-
3. Brat Syndrome. That is usually prevalent in teenagers, but worryingly, manifests in adults too. You tell them off, and instead of accepting what you say, they backchat and bitch constantly; both on forums (as in, creating an entire thread entitled "*insert admin/mod name here* Is A Nazi/Bitch/Arsehole. Who agrees?" or stalking the mod/admin round the board and replying to their posts with either abuse, or something passive aggressive like "I would reply to that, but that would be spam and *mod/admin* doesn't like spam!") and in PMs. The result is usually the same as in 1 but the brat will just make another account and return several times, until either you're driven to ban their IP just to get rid of them, or they finally get it into their thick head and quit it. If they hate the place so much, then why keep on returning?
