  • "He is a busy man" Uhm yeah so?

I hear this when someone is trying to explain why I should take the information for Person A from them even though Person A isn't around to confirm this isn't fraud.

Our security measures are in place for a good reason.

On that note I work 8 hours a day, commute 4, I still find time to find somewhere quiet and conduct personal business sometime during my day and this means lunch and breaktimes.

I do not work a job where I can take care of personal business during the day. I am on the phone all freaking day.

So I do not care to hear that the person in question is too busy to do it themselves.

Nor do I care that you don't like nor care about our policies given it's my neck on the line if I ignore them and you turn out to be fraudulent then I lose my job. Your not worth losing my job over.

Outside of work this bugs me too. Your no better or worse than me no matter how much or little money you make or "power" you have.

I've said 'no' to things I don't think are straight and narrow. I've had arguments about it. I've pissed off managers about it... it's fun

Don't even consider doing stuff that could be illegal. Don't do stuff that your ethics doesn't tolerate. Question it if it seems doubtful! Better to spend 5 minutes of someone else's time, than 10 years of your own (behind bars for fraud).
ZOE: Preacher, don't the Bible got some pretty specific things to say about killing?

SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.
