  • Things my FRIENDS refuse to accept about me

    So I don't thread-jack Greenday's excellent thread on a similar topic...

I like online gaming. I don't care if you see it as a 'waste of time'.

I don't like doing a lot of sports.

    I'm lazy

And, I like not living close to people and having them over all the time. I like various aspects of my life.. that's why I chose to live it this way. If I can go months without chatting with you, it's because I've been a loner since I was a kid.. deal with it!

Oh, and I do not celebrate 'Christmas'... so stop asking what I'm doing for it (again... and again... and again... we've had this discussion for the last how many years?)

Oh, and I don't really want to be hearing about when I'm going to find a girlfriend (come wife, come mother to my kids...). I'm not interested! If 'she' comes along, great. If not.. hey, I'm in a different part of the world, and this time next year, I'll be in another different part of the world, and this time the year after that, I'll be in yet another.... No girl?? Which would you prefer?

Oh, and sure, I've studied a lot of things.. I don't really want to be doing them professionally - no matter how much money I spent on them. I like what I'm doing now!
ZOE: Preacher, don't the Bible got some pretty specific things to say about killing?

SHEPHERD BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, Somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

Aw, you think my thread is excellent. How nice of you.

See but now you've brought it up on here... so....

What are you going to do for Christmas?

The only thing I like about Christmas is that I get to go my parents house and remember why I live in Minnesota. After these storms I'll be happy to go back to Arizona and stay there for awhile.

I'm not much for online gaming but if you like it then be happy. I'm also a loner and do not see a big issue in finding someone. This really pissed off a coworker because she couldn't see why I don't mind being alone. Then she didn't mind so much after the guy she wanted rejected her.
