"Production Babies"

I saw this at the end of a movie and I had to verify with the husband that I had actually seen it. 'Production Babies', did the kid come out and offer the director coffee? The kid did nothing to contribute to the movie, except maybe make mommy miss work. There are people who actually WORK on movies and they don't always get their name up. So why the hell does some tiny human who can only cry and drool get acknowledgement at the end of a flick? It wasn't small either, it had like, 30 names!

For anyone saying to just skip credits, sometimes movies have extra little bits after the credits, or the music is just good. Also, credits are CREDITS. "This is what X did." What the hell did Junior do???

Perhaps those are the names of the cast and crew's children? Perhaps the names of the children conceived or born to the crew during production?

It's also a possibility that "Production Babies" is the name of a production company hired on contract.

At any rate, why let it bother you?
