24 (spoilers from last night)

What the hell has happened to this once amazing show? They had one off season (6), but appeared to learn from their mistakes after the writers strike. Now they are repeating those same mistakes again! They bring back CTU, but apparently they haven't learned from their mistakes either. Don't they do backround checks to check for hidden pasts and ex boyfriends from hell? And what the hell happened to Renee? She kicked so much ass last year, but now she's been reduced to damsal in distress.

This may seem like a minor, unimportant rant, but it bugs me to see my favorite TV show go downhill so fast.
