Vicky has always been grateful about whatever I've been able to give her, that's not really been the source of my gripes. However, it HAS been difficult trying to explain that our supply comes solely from what people donate, and while we do have a suggestion list, it's up to the individual person as to what they choose to bring in.

*just wanted to share a minor update on this situation*
It was an extremely busy time in the office yesterday because we were printing/making last-minute changes to bulletins for Easter services, and in the midst of this going on, Vicky and her husband showed up to ask for a food box. (they'd not been in since the last time I'd posted in this topic) Pastor Nancy gave them a few bags of food since it's the Easter season and all, and after they left, I filled her in on how often they'd been showing up with food requests...........especially that on their last visit, they'd been waiting for me, and that Vicky had NOT seemed happy when I'd told her we couldn't help people out on a weekly basis.
Anyhow, I didn't get fussed for having helped them out before, but it was definitely agreed that this isn't a situation we want to encourage. Unfortunately I had a bad nausea attack and had to run to the bathroom right as Viky and her husband were walking up to the building, otherwise I might've been able to fill Pastor Nancy in before they showed up/without them hearing.
