...Plaidman shamed to say he looked up each bra size to see the size.

      Shame on you. XD

When I wear my special push up bras, I am massive up top. But I don't mind guys looking; as long as that's all it is.

I just got measured and apparently I'm a 40DD (according to Victoria's secret, though I'm not entirely sure it's accurate for everywhere). I thought I was a 38 C maybe a D. I went in to VS to look at their sale bras, none of which go past a 36D. I wasn't willing to shell out $50 for a bra, so I went to Wal-mart and got 4. :P

I'm going by pant size when it comes to my weight loss. Pants that couldn't fit me at the beginning of the school year, fit me now. I also pinched my stomach and there is less.

But yeah, they actually grew two sizes in a few months time and my stomach and waist are shrinking.

I was originally a 42D or 42DD (depends on style and cut of the bra). Then I lost weight and now I am a 38D roughly. I agree that paying $40+ per bra is insane but I shop on the sale rack and Lane Bryant has a buy 2 get 2 sales. It happens around Christmas and in July (I think). I think VS is more expensive then Lane Bryant too.

VS around here doesn't go up that big, and the only store I can find bras in is $50+.

Although, they will alter and repair bras for as long as you own/keep taking care of them.

44FF, and as I put it, stands for F***, I can't buy bras. As soon as I get my back size down, I'm looking into Bravissimo, but they don't carry anything over 40 band sized. And the back aches. And the fact that if I lie flat on my back, I can't breathe.

Generally, while I was technically a DD cup for a long time, I found it more comfy to wear one band size up in a D cup (Shopping for them was easier, too!) So, for example, I was wearing a 40 or 42C, rather than a DD. Well, upon losing weight over the course of the last year, apparently my girls have grown even BIGGER. The SMALLEST bra size that's comfortable and fits well is a 40DD, and I've yet to find a substitute size that works...

I like the Cacique brand from Lane Bryant, but can only afford them once or twice a year. Forget Target and Wal-mart, sizing there just doesn't exist.

Another thing I hate is t-shirts. I generally have to wear a v-neck, or lower cut t-shirt, otherwise the shirt rides up on the boobs and feels like I'm strangling. As a result, my sister claims I'm whoreish and just want attention, and I can't buy general cheapy t-shirts. And any time we have a promotional t-shirt at work, the saying is inevitably emblazoned right across the chest, drawing even more attention. and considering some of the lameass promotions we've had going on, I did NOT want to stand around in a white T-shirt with the words "RENT 'EM!" emblazoned across my tits in 6 inch high red letters. Thank you, but no...

And if finding regular bras wasn't hard enough, a good, well constructed and supported sports bra to workout in is like the holy grail of underwear! I have one that I got from Lane Bryant, but oh boy did that cost a lot. I'm afraid it's going to wear out one day soon and I'm gonna be screwed....

Growing tired of shirts with sayings on them for entirely different reason (not having lady bits/globes myself) I've discovered craft stores!

Many I've ended up in for one reason or another sell decent quality, blank Hanes T-shirts for a reasonable (as in: cheap as hell) price and in a wide array of colors.

For a little bit more you can buy them from Hanes.com, just look for the ones that come in packages of several.

Weird... I never have any problems buying t-shirts. Then again, most of the t-shirts I own are band t-shirts in XL, which fit perfectly well over my boobs.

OMG...I bought some of those last summer for the first time.
They were actually on sale. I bought 4 of them.

                        I love them.

They are, hands down, the most comfortable bra I have ever worn.

Sadly, only a month after buying them online, Lane Bryant stopped offering online shopping to Canada.
                        Point to Ponder:

Is it considered irony when someone on an internet forum makes a post that can be considered to look like it was written by a 3rd grade dropout, and they are poking fun of the fact that another person couldn't spell?

                          I'm a 36C, but was a D cup when I was younger.

Personally, I am jealous of all the girls with smaller chests who can go braless or wear cutsie shirts with built in bras.....I have only found two tanktops with built in bras for bigger chested girls that I can wear without smacking everyone in the face.

But then again, I am obsessed with my breasts staying perky, so I try to never go braless.

And as far as button down shirts go....when you are bigger chested but skinny, you always get that little gap between the holes right under your chest. SO annoying.

If your bra is a pain in the ass, it's definitely a VERY poor fit.

Oh, booo!! That sucks. One of my friends went overseas to Japan to teach English and ran into the same problem. She sent me a money order, I ordered her 2 bras and shipped them to her. LOL.

I generally only get them once or twice a year. Bonus being they last for SO long. Here in TX, it's usually buy 1, get one half off at all times, except when there's special sales, i.e. buy 2 get 2 free.
