I'm NOT talking about people who OCCASIONALLY CAPITALIZE a word to make it STAND OUT. What I HATE is people who post the way I am posting in THIS post, where every SENTENSE has AT LEAST one word capitalized. THAT is ANNOYING and those posters are USUALLY opinionated jerks anyway.

On the model car board I frequent...there's one guy who insists on Capitalizing Every Word In The Sentence, Whether They Need It Or Not. Annoying as hell to read!

Someone on one of my boards does that, and explained it as having a learning disability (I don't remember the exact justification).

I've Seen People Who Post With Every Word Capitalized. A learning disability? I have learning difficulties myself, but I don't see how it could make One Post Like This.

I usually just ask the person if they're having problems with their caps-lock key - sometimes they get the hint, other times it doesn't sink in.

The reason might be, it's easier for them to organize thoughts. But yeah, I find it more irritating than Scream-O-Vision for some reason.

I catch myself doing the Captialize Every Word thing to this day. The funny thing is, it all started wayyyyy back in high school german class. See, in german, all nouns are generally capitalized, and I guess I just fell into a habit of doing it in english, too.

I sometimes use the excessive capitalization if I need to make something come out a certain way. It's like if your saying "WHO are you?" or "Who ARE you?" or "Who are YOU?"
