This might be more appropriate for CS but this is really something that seriously pisses me off.
"Oh your tenant moved in three weeks ago? Okay well then we can have them backdate their service to that date"
I will be speaking to this landlord when they get their closing bill why we didn't backdate the tenant. The promise implies that we can force a new party to back date service into their name which couldn't be further from the truth but these coworkers never mention that part. I get sick and tired of having to explain to people that the "promises" they were made was simply my coworker failing to give them all of the information.
