This might be more appropriate for CS but this is really something that seriously pisses me off.

"Oh your tenant moved in three weeks ago? Okay well then we can have them backdate their service to that date"

I will be speaking to this landlord when they get their closing bill why we didn't backdate the tenant. The promise implies that we can force a new party to back date service into their name which couldn't be further from the truth but these coworkers never mention that part. I get sick and tired of having to explain to people that the "promises" they were made was simply my coworker failing to give them all of the information.

Yeah, I think people need to learn that most of what we say and do is based on mood and management. If you come in and buy $30 in gas, along with another $10 on food and then grab a cup of ice Im likely to ignore charging you .29 cents for the cup. However, you come in with a 64oz coffee refill and crap 7 fucking empty cups, um we not going to let that slide, OK, Ill let you grab one and not charge, maybe 2 but um no my coworker who said it was ok was either an idiot or doesn't exist because 7 cups along with the amount of coffee is a losing proposition for us.

Also for taking expired coupons, we can do it, but we have to fill out paperwork, I hate paperwork, if your really insistent Ill do it, if your a regular who I like Ill do it.

best of all I notice people either HEAR what you say the way they want it to be heard and then just come back and complain that well the guy I spoke to earlier told me THIS. and I go REALLY, that is funny because your so full of shit and I can tell you that because I AM THE GUY FROM EARLIER or replace it i was standing next to guy from earlier. Actually, I will admit to outright lying about things a few times because it was harmless and easier than dealing with SC or explaining the truth. like that a manager has to sell the lottery in the morning and I can't even bring the machine up. well i can bring the machine up except for Im not allowed to sell as I'm on a different day and it scews numbers up. so Im just to damn incompetent to do it.

Ugh half of those so called "But your co worker promised me or somebody from BFE department promised " are always lies for SC's to get what they want or just that the co-irker blew them off. I hate those lies!!!!
