I've lost count at the number of tomes someone sends me a screenshot of an error message that say "click OK to continue" and they tell me that they're going to log a ticket on it.
Of course, I ask them what happens when they click OK and I get one of two answers;
Nothing (meaning their computer acts normal)
I don't have time to click OK, I need to make the ticket now!
You do realize that it will take a lot longer to creat a ticket than it would to just CLICK THE DAMN OK BUTTON?
