Seriously 12 minutes.... you got something better to do at that time of night?

You know your pie will be hot and fresh, you will get your pie but you wont wait 12 minutes.It boggles my mind.

30 minutes would piss me off, 10 minutes.... not so much

The management seems to forget that while waste can be controlled it can't be eliminated. And also, in my view, the fact that if the pies cost them .60 for two and they never have them, how much money are they going to lose when next time I'm driving by for food and me and my friends say " Fuck McDs they never have pies".

More money than you were going to spend. That is how much they are going to lose. It's the same reason some foods come off menus entirely if for example you and your friends like something but no one else ever orders it then even if it loses your business they will stop carrying it because they are losing more money making it than they are dropping it.

Most of the people that really wanted pies would order one and eat the rest of their meal while one was made if none were readily available. Then one of the managers would walk it out to them.

Stupid waste can be eliminated.

Ya know, I think I'm getting a message to quit eating McDonalds (I really want to at least cut it down to once a month, not every Friday or every other) because they keep screwing up my stuff.

And this was the McDonalds that I sent a compliment to a few months back. It's so sad.

I don't want to stereotype, but it is summer and a lot of kids are working...I haven't seen any of the usual workers lately, which saddens me because these kids do not seem to care at all if they even hear you right.

I have even had it where it was printed "ONLY KETCHUP" and I still get a burger with the whole works on it, and twice now they have forgotten my McChicken.

I can understand being upset about having to wait for your apple pies twice in a row. I don't think it's something you should be cussing over because you're so upset, that leads to bad health. 12 minutes does seem like a long time, but be thankful you're getting them fresh.

Well If I was going in and sitting down I guess 12 min isn't that bad but to have to pay full price and be stuck in my car since i was using drive through, not exactly worth waiting.
